We are looking for a Local Change Management to work in a multinational company. Its products and services are designed to benefit people and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities Product Change Management • Lead the implementation of product changes: launches, label updates, discontinuations, etc. • Ensure changes meet regulatory, quality, and supply requirements. • Define the implementation strategy, workflow, and timelines. • Monitor deviations, prioritize tasks, and escalate when necessary.
Cross-functional Coordination • Manage key stakeholders: Regulatory, QA, Packaging Technology, Master Data, Country Customer Teams. • Coordinate information flow and ensure alignment among all involved parties. • Facilitate communication between global, regional, and local teams.
Data & Systems Management • Initiate and validate the creation/maintenance of master data. • Ensure consistency of planning parameters for replenishment process. • Execute workpackage accurately in BASICS-
Ensuring Regulatory & Quality Compliance • Validate that all QA and regulatory requirements are met. • Ensure timely implementation without risking supply disruption.
Minimizing Supply Risk • Identify potential supply impacts due to product changes. • Plan bridging stock or alternative scenarios. • Align with Supply Managers and Production Sites to safeguard supply continuity.
Role impact • Product Availability: Ensures that changes do not lead to stockouts or delays. • Regulatory Compliance: Prevents legal risks and penalties due to non-compliance. • Execution Efficiency: Reduces rework and accelerates launches and product changes. • Risk Management: Anticipates and mitigates potential impacts on the supply chain, customers and patients. • Cross-Functional Experience: Keeps integral, regional, and local teams aligned and coordinated.
Capabilities required • Solid understanding of product lifecycle processes, including launches, labelling and deletions. • Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and QA processes. • Experience in planning scenario management, bridging stock strategies and financial impact analysis. • Ability to prioritize effective, make quick decisions, and resolve cross-functional conflicts. • Strong influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills across global, regional, and local teams. xiphteb • Capable of translating technical and regulatory information for diverse stakeholder audiences.
