In this Safety Specialist role, you will help keep Amazon sites safe and healthy, enabling teams to perform with confidence. You will implement safety programs, monitor KPIs, and drive compliance with EU and local regulations. You will work on site to spot risks, run audits, and train colleagues, shaping safer, more efficient Fulfillment Center operations. This is a hands-on position with meaningful impact on people’s daily safety and wellbeing.

• Monitor site performance against KPIs and develop improvement plans
• Set up workplace health and safety programmes and coordinate trainings
• Analyze safety metrics and incident trends to allocate resources to high-risk areas
• Drive compliance with local and EU legislation
• Support WHS program implementation within Fulfillment Center Operations and conduct risk assessments
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with health and safety laws and implement corrective actions
Responsabilidades
• Técnico Superior en Prevención xpzdshu de Riesgos Laborales (including specialisations in Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía u0026 Psicosociología aplicada) following Spanish Health and Safety regulations
• Understanding of Spanish Environment, Health and Safety legislation
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English
