This role involves designing and implementing global solution delivery strategies, collaborating across departments, and continuously improving processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the global team to deliver, configure, and test digital healthcare products based on customer requirements.
* Develop and own the global solution delivery strategy for RIS, in collaboration with peers, regions, and other functions.
* Enhance collaboration with implementation managers, improve processes, and automate systems where possible.
* Foster cross-departmental collaboration and mentor team members.
Who You Are:
* Advanced degree in Business, IT, or related field; experience in support or software delivery is a plus.
* 5+ years in people leadership and global work experience.
* 5+ years in diagnostics or software industry.
* Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
Willing to visit customers and perform on-site activities up to 20% of the time.
