AVL Iberica offers a job in Spain (ES) as a Project Manager for our power electronics & e-motor team located in Valladolid.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure product/process development and industrialization according to standards and processes, in compliance with regulations, the legal obligation of the General Product Safety and customer Design System and suggest optimizations.
Ensure the robustness of the product / process design.
Provide technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities, managers, logisticians, quality analysis, commodity buyers, etc.
Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables.
Suggest technical solutions.
Sign plans by team leader delegation.
Prepare synthesis files on technical convergence and progress (design scope for IM).
Quality documentation.
Quality and planning of tooling go‐ahead.
Initiate technical documentation.
PROFILE
We are looking for engineers with different levels of experience:
Junior Level: No prior experience is required; recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Specialist Level: Minimum of 2 years of experience in battery development.
Senior Level: Minimum 4 years of experience in battery development.
Background in some of the following areas:
Power electronics
E-motors
Languages: Spanish and English are mandatory. Knowledge of French is desirable.
Availability to travel frequently (20% time) to the clients' facilities.
