Scope of Responsibilities :
You will :
Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, covering issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
Serve as one of Accenture's legal subject matter experts on competition laws by :
Providing advice to Accenture businesses and Legal Professionals regarding compliance with competition laws;
Designing tools, policies, and materials to enhance global compliance efforts;
Developing andconducting training on competition law issues.
Collaborate with Legal M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger control filings worldwide, and respond to government inquiries.
Work environment :
We offer a fully virtual legal department, making location flexible. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications :
Legal qualifications :
Law degree;
5-7 years of relevant experience as a competition lawyer;
Ability to work in the country specified in the requisition or obtain necessary credentials before start date.
Professional skills :
Fluency in competition law, ethics programs, and best practices;
Knowledge of codes of conduct, business ethics, and compliance training;
Highly motivated, proactive, and curious about ethics and compliance risks;
Proven abilityto implement strategies and drive change;
Collaborative,strategic, and adaptable problem solver;
Effective communicator in English at all organizational levels;
Good judgment and task prioritization skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
