To reinforce our team, we are looking for abr/br/Mobile Network Engineerbr/br/(GSM, UMTS, LTE). As a member of the Operations team, you will be co-responsible for our mobile core infrastructure. We operate as an MVNO in Germany and the Netherlands, but expanding to additional international markets. You will be based in Spain but working closely with the teams in Germany and the Netherlands.br/br/In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibilities. This means you will deal with projects and design as well as support-related matters. Examples of tasks and projects you may be involved in include: setting up servers, maintaining German and Dutch mobile core networksbr/br/(GSM, LTE, 5G NSA, VoLTE, WiFi Calling, etc.), and development projects in close collaboration with our Voice Development team.br/br/Other tasks may include: Monitoring, operating, and managingbr/br/Wireless Core networks, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You’ll also make sure that knowledge and its continuity are ensured Demonstrating a solid understanding of 3GPP mobile network protocols and their interworking Tracing mobile core componentsbr/br/(including GGSN, PGW, SMSC, HLR/HSS, STP, ePDG, etc.) using tools such as Wireshark, and analyzing network traffic to identify issues and potential areas for optimizationbr/br/What you´ll bring? Several years of experience (+4 years) working inbr/br/mobile network environments Operational experience in monitoring, operating, and troubleshootingbr/br/Wireless Core networks Setting up network nodes, and servers environments based on Unix Good communication skills An innovative mindset and hands-on mentality Proficiency inbr/br/English,br/br/as you will work in an international team Willing to performbr/br/on-call dutiesbr/br/(rotating with the rest of the colleagues) and night work (either maintenances or troubleshooting) Experience in vendor steering is a plus Experience in software development is a plus (python, C++, java or php) Experience with Kubernetes and SQL databases is a plusbr/br/Knowing us better...
