In late March 2023, BNZSA was acquired by Anteriad, a full-funnel B2B marketing solutions provider based in the United States. With this new corporate support, we will continue our quest to change the industry.
You'll be based in our stunning campus in Las Rozas (with hybrid options available). Job description
Role : Business Development Representative (BDR). The work consists of calling companies in the United States and speaking to IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. The goal is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT topics and generate a "lead" by setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover™, you will work with the sales experts from our clients—such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu—to learn from industry leaders while building a network of decision-makers globally.
Uncapped Commission System
Our commission system means the more leads you generate, the more money you earn, without a cap. As a BDR at BNZSA, you make your own luck. If you do not have proven experience, we offer an excellent onboarding process that will make you a confident BNZSA BDR.

Working timetable
Although we propose a full-time job with a full-time salary, you will work 30 hours per week:
- Monday to Friday 14:00 - 20:00

Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- Good knowledge of another language is desirable
- Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus
- Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude
- The possibility to work legally in Spain
