MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Support managing the European retail business through creation of regular reporting on retail sales and KPIs and discussion of the figures with the Retail Director Europe & UK.
Provide support to regional and local retail teams in analysing the data and developing action plans.
Drive evolution of retail reporting through D365 and PowerBI. Support regional retail teams with managing assortments and stock in all stores.
RESPONSABILITIES
* Set up and further develop a standardised reporting system (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) throughout Europe for all regional and local retail teams.
* Keep developing the retail reporting, especially automated reporting through Power BI and D365.
* Close collaboration with other departments such as but not limited to marketing and finance and exchange on reporting results.
* Interpret reporting results and develop action plans in collaboration with the Retail Director Europe & UK.
* Coordinate retail forecasting (RBs) with regional retail teams and keep an overview of forecasted sales.
* Drive ad-hoc analyses whenever needed.
* Keep an overview of full-price and outlet seasonal assortments and ensure all local retail teams are informed about any changes in due time.
* Support local retail teams in making sure to adapt store stock to changes in assortments.
* Support regional retail teams with stock planning for new collections and store openings.
* Monitor and optimize stock holding of our stores, keeping in mind seasonal and regional specifics.
* Decide on and set parameters for automatic replenishment in D365 in collaboration with regional retail teams.
* Ensure that we have the right stock, in the right quantity in the right place at the right time.
* Drive sell-through and stock turn analyses and derive necessary actions.
* When needed, support marketing team (category management) with analyses about sell-through and specific product needs for retail.
* To carry out market visits from time to time and provide support to Local Retail Management teams with regards to sales analysis and stock management.
* Effectively delegate and guide teams while at the same time allowing others the creativity to succeed by making strategic, business-impacting decisions.
* Foster a culture of strong communication and teamwork in order to ensure a seamless balance of operational and brand building priorities and to facilitate problem solving.
* Encourage and demonstrate adaptability; positively effecting change and enabling the team to successfully execute a shared vision.
* Carry out from time to time and as directed, tasks in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities.
* Always ensure that you take care of your health and safety and that of others by complying with health and safety obligations, particularly by reporting promptly any defects, risks or potential hazards.
REQUIREMENTS
* Retail Office Experience / Experience working in a multinational team and organization.
* Retail Area Management.
* Extraordinary literacy in MS Excel
* Knowledge of self-service BI tools (especially Power BI)
* Bachelor’s degree in economics or related field.
* Minimum English level B2.
* Availability to travel and visit Le Creuset Stores around Europe.
