The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the day-to-day running of the project. They act as the point of contact for Project Associates (PAs) and crowd resources. The Project Coordinator communicates project details and addresses project issues at a resource level. This is an entry-level position.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all involved projects.
* Maintain daily communication with the Department Lead to understand project status and set scheduling and priorities.
* Detect and escalate any anomalies or patterns within the projects or team.
* Assist the team in identifying gaps or areas for improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish or optimize procedures as needed.
* Collaborate with the team to improve process efficiencies and promote continuous improvement.
* Ensure the quality of Centific’s services and deliverables meet client requirements.
* Support Project Managers and the Delivery Team in managing and developing CX Data Services projects, including timely communication with vendors, collaborators, and team members.
* Contribute to building and supporting a global team for successful delivery of CX Data Services.
* Provide support to the global team, ensuring full adherence to company procedures, established processes, and business goals.
Requirements
* Background in linguistics, translation, philology, or related fields.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Experience managing projects or working as a translator / reviewer.
* Strong communication skills and experience working in diverse communicative environments.
* Technical curiosity and experience working in technical environments.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Advanced skills in text editors (Word, LibreOffice, etc.).
* Ability to detect and resolve various potential issues.
* Organized and efficient, capable of following tight schedules.
* Experience working in office environments.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
