Position Overview
* The selected candidate will participate in the comprehensive development of luxury villa projects and bespoke architectural works, collaborating closely with the design and management teams.
* The role involves coordinating and developing technical documentation, supervising project deliverables, and ensuring architectural and technical quality throughout all project phases.
Professional Profile
Education
Qualified Architect.
Experience
* Between 5 and 7 years of experience working in architecture studios.
* Proven experience in luxury villas or bespoke architectural projects.
* Experience in the full development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Technical Requirements
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Solid knowledge and professional experience working with BIM methodology.
* Ability to develop projects from conceptual design through execution stages.
* Experience in preparing technical reports, project scheduling, and deliverable management.
* Ability to supervise technical documentation, including schematic design, executive projects, and construction details.
* Ability to produce detailed conceptual drawings and presentations.
* Strong knowledge of urban planning regulations on the Costa del Sol, especially Marbella.
* Experience with planning and management tools such as Excel, Trello, or similar platforms will be valued.
Languages
* High level of Spanish & English, both written and spoken.
