The Account Manager role is part of our Client Services Team. You will build long-lasting relationships with BairesDev customers based on a deep understanding of their IT business needs and be responsible for fulfilling all capacity needs for existing and new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish long-term trusting relationships with clients.
2. Create account plans and report revenue/headcount growth results to the Global Account Manager regularly.
3. Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities and assess customer needs.
4. Identify client needs and prepare/present services accordingly.
5. Pursue new opportunities through referrals, networking, and social media.
6. Present our company to potential/referral clients, listening to their concerns and wishes.
7. Analyze and report financial data.
8. Bring new business leads to increase revenue.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in sales/ client partner/engagement manager roles in the IT/Tech Industry, selling IT services (not products).
2. Experience in customer relationship management, closing deals, and developing long-term relationships with clients.
3. Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
4. Aptitude in delivering engaging presentations.
5. Excellent communication skills with Advanced English level.
6. Previous experience as a Software Engineer (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another IT-related degree) is beneficial.
7. Experience selling IT services (on-site or off-shore).
8. Proven track record in similar positions in companies offering software development outsourcing and digital product engineering.
