Position: Full-Time (Hours Negotiable)
A rare opportunity has arisen at Welcome Estates following the retirement of a valued
long-term team member. We’re looking for an experienced and creative Property
Listing Manager to join our fast-growing and innovative team.
If you have a passion for property, a creative eye for presentation, and enjoy producing
engaging marketing content, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Photographing and filming new property listings
- Editing photos and videos to a professional standard
- Writing engaging property descriptions and creating social media content
- Uploading and managing listings across websites and property portals
- Collaborating closely with the sales and admin teams to ensure top-quality
- marketing
Requirements:
- Experience in property marketing, real estate, or a similar role
- Strong photography, video editing, and social media skills
- Excellent English (other languages an advantage but not essential)
- Creative, organised, and detail-oriented
- Full driving licence and own transport
