Job Overview In collaboration with Commercial leadership, the Regional Marketing Manager - EMEA is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and drive business growth within assigned regions. This role bridges the gap between corporate brand strategy and local market implementation, ensuring consistent messaging while adapting to regional needs and opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with overall brand strategy and business objectivesCoordinate and execute field marketing activities including webinars, events, trade shows, local promotional campaigns, regional brand partnerships and public relations approaches, to include any management of 3rd party PR firms.Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted marketing materials that address regional customer needs.Build and manage relationships with local partners, vendors, influencers, media outlets and key stakeholders to maximize brand exposure.Research market opportunities & gaps, and identify ways to amplify our brand in the region.Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threatsMaintain brand consistency across all regional marketing materials and touchpointsManage regional marketing budgets effectively and report on spendingIn collaboration with Corporate Marketing, advise on SEM for key Operators and campaignsIn collaboration with eCommerce Product stakeholders develop and manage marketing activities to increase revenue and tickets through the Group’s eCommerce productsDeliver data-driven recommendations to the regional teams, helping optimize future marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a regional or field marketing focusStrong understanding of brand management principles and marketing fundamentalsExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalData-driven mindset with experience analyzing marketing performance metricsKnowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platformsWillingness to travel within the assigned region deep understanding of brand partnershipsPreferred SkillsExperience with event planning and executionKnowledge of digital marketing tactics, including social media, email, and content marketingUnderstanding of sales enablement principles and practicesExperience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organizationInitiatives driver - bringing new and creative ideas to the tableSuccess FactorsAbility to balance corporate brand guidelines with regional market needsSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detailCreative problem-solver who can adapt quickly to changing market conditionsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholdersResults-oriented with focus on measurable business outcomesDeep understanding of our product offerings and how they workKeen understanding of the Region they are supporting to include demographics, travel high seasons, communication channels, overall culture and passenger and travel operator priorities and buying behaviorsJ-18808-Ljbffr
