We are looking for an Outbound Calls Agent to expand our panel of doctors and maintain our healthcare database in French during a long-term sickness leave. If you're seeking an amazing opportunity in a multinational company, join our multicultural team with over 54 nationalities.

Essential Functions:
* Update reference databases with new products and changes in the French markets, ensuring data quality: classify products, standardize, and group data following company hierarchies and business rules.
* Identify required changes to existing reference files.
* Collaborate with local offices to correct inaccurate data, delete data, or add new entries to improve reference files.
* Identify and resolve routine data exceptions and issues.
* Perform quality control of maintained data and apply corrections as needed.
* Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
Skills & requirements:
* High proficiency in French and English.
* Valuable experience in maintaining and updating databases.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Highly organized with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
* Excellent professional communication skills (telephone and email).
* Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
