Junior Helpdesk Consultant (Hybrid working methodology)
Location: Granada, Spain (Hybrid working methodology)
Responsibilities:
* Provide support for daily challenges, glitches, and inquiries regarding Dynamics AX2012R3 across our global NRF units.
* Mastermind the orchestration of full IT processes, ensuring seamless operations.
* Unleash your creativity to spot areas for process enhancement, and craft ingenious functional designs for change requests.
* Keep the records by documenting every tweak and transformation made to the setup.
Requirements:
* General knowledge of one of the modules in AX2012R3/AX365.
* IT experience and/or education with a strong desire to grow as a consultant.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Work with multidisciplinary teams consisting of colleagues from diverse backgrounds in the Netherlands and Poland.
