Your Mission & Impact
As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs) .
Your work will directly influence global products used by leading clients across multiple industries.
What You’ll Do
* Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Node.Js and TypeScript .
* Build scalable APIs and microservices following clean architecture and best practices.
* Work hands-on with AI-powered solutions, integrating and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) in real, production environments.
* Collaborate closely with product, frontend, data, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
* Contribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, and continuous improvements.
* Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the team.
* Stay up to date with backend, cloud, and AI/LLM trends.
What We’re Looking For
* 5–7 years of experience as a Back-End Developer .
* Strong expertise in Node.Js and TypeScript .
* 2–3 years of real, hands-on experience working with AI solutions, especially Large Language Models (LLMs) .
* Solid understanding of backend architecture, RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous systems.
* Experience with version control systems (Git ) and Agile methodologies.
* Excellent soft skills : strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
* Ability to work autonomously in distributed, multicultural teams.
* English: Fluent
* Spanish: Native
