SAP Basis Project Manager – 12 months+ – Spain
RED Global is working with one of our key clients on a new long-term freelance opportunity for an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in SAP Basis.
Responsibilities :
* Lead complex infrastructure-related SAP projects involving system upgrades, cloud environments, and Basis operations.
Details :
* Start : ASAP
* Location : Madrid, Spain (other locations considered)
Key requirements :
* 10+ years of SAP Basis experience
* Proven track record with installations, upgrades, system refreshes (ECC, BW / BI, PI / PO)
* Expertise in complex environments (DR, BRS)
* Experience with SAP on Linux / Wintel, HANA, Oracle, SQL databases
* Experience managing Basis-related projects and audits
* Strong Project Management skills (risk assessment, planning, leadership, communication)
This is a Project Manager role— the successful candidate will oversee infrastructure delivery across multiple initiatives, collaborate with an existing technical team, and drive project success without being hands-on technically.
