Job Description
Marketing Director HIV Iberia (Spain and Portugal)
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies for the HIV portfolio in Iberia, aligning with global and regional objectives.
* Lead cross-functional teams to implement marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
* Manage digital marketing efforts including websites, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
* Analyze market research and patient insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with sales, medical, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and approach.
* Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* Strong understanding of digital media and e-marketing tactics.
* Ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
* Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, especially in HIV or related fields, preferred.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in marketing roles.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
* Experience with product lifecycle management and digital marketing tactics.
* Experience managing teams and budgets.
