Our first vehicle is a lightweight, fully electric, urban vehicle with unique material innovation and a smart approach to enhance the user experience and minimize environmental impact.Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Europe B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the fleet, corporate and shared mobility sectors. You will be responsible for building our B2B customer base and revenue across European markets. This role requires someone with strong consultative selling skills, a deep understanding of electric vehicle sales dynamics, and the ability to tailor solutions to diverse clients.The Europe B2B Sales Manager reports directly to the Commercial Director within the agile and flat organization of LIUXKey Responsibilities- Develop and execute our B2B sales strategy across key European markets- Identify and close commercial deals with fleet, corporate, renting, rental and shared mobility clients- Understand and address the specific needs of electric vehicle clients, including TCO, residual values and fleet integration- Collaborate with product, ops, aftersales and finance teams to shape B2B offers- Lead the approach to fleet sales by our local distribution partners, defining policies and standards in a cooperative approach to provide the best solution to the customer- Represent LIUX at industry events, presentations, and tenders- Track performance and lead customer account planning- Lead the strategy of used car ecosystem for the brandWho You Are- Commercially driven, hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills- Hands-on and autonomous, self-starter and deal-closer able to work without predefined structures- Passionate about new mobility and electrification- Adaptable, strategic thinker and hands-on with fast executional focus- Motivated by impact and long-term client partnershipsWhat You Bring- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in mobility, automotive, or fleet sectors- Strong understanding of electric vehicle sales dynamics (e.g. charging, fleet costs, incentives)- Track record of client acquisition and revenue growth- Experience working across multiple European markets- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
