Human Resources and Office AdministrationSchedule:
* Manage all HR related matters with regards to maintenance operation in northern Spain
* Manage recruitment and assist with payroll and tax compliance
* Administer all matters related to Human Resources, in line with Spanish regulations
* Reporting to Project Manager and General Manager
Requirements:
* An above average ability to communicate in Spanish and English languages, both written and spoken
* Relevant qualifications at a diploma or higher level in Human Resources from a Spanish institute
* Ability to demonstrate a full understanding of the labour laws, tax laws and other regulations with respect to Spain and EU labour compliance
* Willingness to work in a changing/developing environment where team work is a must
Preferred:
* Previous aerospace experience in Spain
