Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen: Encargarse de responder las llamadas entrantes procedentes de dentro y fuera del hotel de forma amable y atenta. Escribir mensajes con precisión para nuestros huéspedes y entregar los mensajes de manera oportuna. Gestionar las solicitudes de los huéspedes y su estado confidencial. Atender las solicitudes de despertador personal de los huéspedes de acuerdo con las normas y las solicitudes de despertador automático de los huéspedes de grupos y tripulaciones. Mantener actualizada la lista de teléfonos con el personal nuevo y de las bajas, de los procedimientos de emergencia, de las promociones especiales y del conocimiento general de los productos del hotel.

What we are looking for:
The job of Telefonista/ Telephone Operator is successfully executed when:
* The incumbent in this position is responsible for answering all incoming calls originating from within and outside the hotel in a friendly and caring manner.
* Telephone lists are up to date.
* Ensures that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
* Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the well-being of guests.
Usual job responsibilities include: The incumbent in this position is responsible for answering all incoming calls originating from within and outside the hotel in a friendly and caring manner. Write down messages accurately for our guests and deliver messages in a timely manner. Handle guests' requests and confidential status. Handle personal wakeup call requests for guests according to the standards and automatic wakeup call requests for group and crew guests. Keep abreast of telephone directory, new staff and leavers, emergency procedures, special promotions, and general hotel product knowledge.

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:
* Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.

* Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.
