As the Associate Director – DDIT US&I AI Solution Architect (Commercial), you’ll be at the forefront of designing intelligent, scalable solutions that redefine how we engage with healthcare professionals and patients. Key Responsibilities
* Define reference architecture for commercial data and AI products aligned with enterprise standards
* Architect integration between data platforms and AI tools for omnichannel engagement and analytics
* Design scalable, modular solutions supporting multiple markets, brands, and data domains
* Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to guide solution delivery
* Enable full lifecycle of data and AI within secure, compliant environments
* Ensure architectural compliance with GxP, data privacy, and consent management standards
* Recommend modern technologies to enhance personalization, targeting, and performance analytics
Essential Requirements
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional architecture efforts across business, data, and technology teams
* Strong understanding of security, compliance, and privacy regulations in pharmaceutical commercial settings
* Experience with commercial pharma data ecosystems such as IQVIA, Veeva, and Symphony
* Familiarity with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and marketing automation tools
* Expertise in integrating solutions across Martech, CRM, and omnichannel systems
* Deep knowledge of AI/ML architectures supporting commercial use cases like recommendation engines and predictive analytics
Desirable Requirements
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field
* 10+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, preferably in pharmaceutical commercial functions
