You will serve as the customer’s trusted security advisor and function as an extension of their team, imparting technical and security guidance and best practices. This role will be based in Spain.A day in the life…Technical Account Managers at WatchGuard have a unique day-to-day due to the cybersecurity environment and high-stakes MDR services. You will meet with partners / customers to review their security posture, focusing on security alerts, incidents, emerging threats, and support tickets. You will also act as an escalation point for communication issues with SOC or Support teams and document your findings to share with teammates and clients.Skills And QualificationsYou are a customer-focused, data-driven, and process-oriented professional with Windows systems administration experience.You have a successful track record in a technical customer-facing role.You work well in a fast-paced environment with positivity and integrity.You are committed to professional development and business growth in a rapidly expanding market.You can handle ambiguity, communicate effectively with partner teams, and understand the customer experience compassionately.You speak Spanish and English.
