About the job As an Admissions Counsellor, you are the face of EU. Consultative Sales: Provide high-touch, personalized counseling via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. Admissions Management: Own the end-to-end journey, from conducting interviews and reviewing application materials to arranging campus visits and contributing to final admissions decisions. Strategic Growth: Achieve and exceed KPIs through efficient portfolio management and high-conversion strategies. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent EU at on-campus and off-campus events, enhancing our brand visibility within the local and international community. Data & Insights: Maintain precision in CRM data (Microsoft Dynamics) and provide vital market feedback to our Online Marketing Acquisition team. The Expert: You have a passion for the education sector and a drive to meet and exceed performance goals. Requirements: Prior experience in Sales or a similar high-stakes consultative role (Educational sector is a significant plus). Bachelor's degree. Native or Advanced (C1) English is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Valid Spanish working permit and immediate availability.
