As a DevOps Project Manager, you will
* Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud-related projects
* Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud, Security, and Application teams
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
* Facilitate project planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and status reviews
* Track and report on project progress, milestones, and KPIs
* Ensure projects align with architectural standards, security requirements, and compliance guidelines
* Identify and mitigate risks related to cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and platform reliability
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tooling
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technical environments
* Proven experience managing Infrastructure, DevOps, or Cloud projects
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and/or OpenStack
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.), and containerized environments
* Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid project methodologies
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business impact
* Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
* Superb presentation skills and executive communication
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
* Solid organizational and time-management skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail
* Perfect command of English (Fluent or Native)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, EKS, IAM, etc.). Or OpenStack equivalents.
* Experience managing cloud migrations or large-scale infrastructure transformations
* Knowledge of OpenStack architecture and operations
* Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect, or Scrum Master
* Experience working in regulated or high-availability environments
* Background in SRE or operational excellence initiatives
