What We're Looking For
Fluent in Spanish & intermediate/fluent English
Ability to have a versátil and positive approach
Previous experience in airline operations is desirable, particularly in a supervisory or equivalent role
Ability to liaise with challenging situations such as flight delays and disruptions
What will you do in the role?
Create Memories - Represent at the airport, ensuring that all customer‑facing processes delivered by third‑party providers reflect our brand values.
You will pay special attention to the needs of our customers and support a smooth, friendly journey through the airport.
Be Present - Oversee and monitor the performance of our third‑party handling agent across check‑in, boarding, arrivals, and customer assistance areas.
You will act as a visible point of contact for customers, colleagues, and operational stakeholders throughout the day-to-day operation.
Take Responsibility - Ensure policies, procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations are correctly followed by our operational partners. Report safety information through the company system (The Hub) and maintain high awareness of operational risks and customer needs.
Work as One Team - Act as the representative of the airline at the airport and the main liaison between and Aena, PMRs, and AVP teams (FOH, Ramp, and OPS).
Work collaboratively with all airport stakeholders and with Jet2holidays colleagues to ensure alignment, clear communication, and a consistently excellent customer experience.
