The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
Availability
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
In addition during peak timeframes hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Lo hace actuando como supervisor de sala brindando orientacin y entrenamiento a los asociados de la marca asegurndose que las operaciones de tienda sean desarrolladas de forma efectiva. Tambin forma parte del equipo de liderazgo de la tienda siendo responsable de impulsar el rendimiento a travs de la mejor experiencia al cliente y la consecucin de objetivos diarios por parte de todo el equipo.
Disponibilidad
Las horas determinadas por contrato cada semana pueden variar siendo como mnimo entre 20 y 25 horas la semana.
Se requiere disponibilidad durante sbados domingos y determinados festivos.
En perodos de alta actividad las horas por contrato podran aumentar para apoyar las necesidades del negocio.
Qualifications
* Education- High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred
* Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
* Supervisor / Managerial Experience- No supervisory / management experience is required.
* CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Spanish required
