Customer Success Manager – HospitalityTech - Remote
Our client is a leading HospitalityTech platform operating in over 75 counties worldwide; with over 2000 clients (including the likes of Best Western Hotels, Sage Hospitality Group & Sofitel) currently in place, they are currently growing out their Customer Success team across Europe.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building & maintaining long-term customer relationships across a portfolio of existing accounts; this role is crucial in strengthening the relationships with the organisations most-strategic customers & ensuring that each client is getting as much out of the platform as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a background in revenue management to progress into a B2B position and further develop their transitional skills for the role.
This is a remote based opportunity for candidates based in Europe.
Responsibilities
* Build & maintain strong customer relationships, driving success through data-driven processes
* Develop & action long-term customer plans to drive customer retention
* Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, advising on solutions across the platform to help meet these needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive overall success within the organisation
* Act as a main point of contact for all customers under the portfolio
The Successful Candidate
* 2+ years hotel revenue management experience is ideal
* Candidates who are currently Directors of Revenue Management / Senior Revenue Managers / Cluster Revenue Manager / Area Revenue Manager / Revenue Managers or similar within hotels or hotel groups are encouraged to apply
* Experience working for a large hotel brand / chain would be a plus
* Fluency / high-level English language skills is essential
* A second language is also ideal
* Based in Europe
