WHAT’S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?
* Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel environment
* Passion for guest experience and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented mindset
* Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
* Team player with a hands-on mentality
* Fluency in English and Spanish (German is a plus – the more languages, the better!)
WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
* Be the first point of contact: warmly welcome and farewell guests
* Manage reservations and seating plans efficiently
* Ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams
* Maintain a friendly, professional, and attentive atmosphere at all times
* Handle guest requests, feedback, and special needs with care
* Support the service team during peak times when needed
* Keep the entrance and reception area organized and inviting
* Represent the NENI spirit and Bikini Island vibe in every interaction
