In this role you will drive growth in the Madrid region by developing long-term partnerships with hospitals and clinics. You will shape commercial strategy, tailor solutions to target accounts, and manage multiple complex initiatives to close deals. You will act as a product specialist and support the sales team with technical presentations and portfolio insights. You will travel for field work and national/international congresses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and business results. This opportunity combines strategic territory development with hands-on customer engagement in a leading medical devices company.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Develop and own the business area within the territory• Plan/analyze customer base, generate and qualify leads, tailor value proposition• Arrange visits, identify needs, deliver product/technical presentations, prepare proposals• Negotiate and guide projects to successful close while managing multiple initiatives• Serve as product specialist for assigned business areas and support wider sales team• Contribute to product portfolio strategy, market studies, and marketing actions• Organize and attend national/international congresses, support medical education activities• Train and enable the sales network to represent solutions confidentlyResponsabilidades• Experience in medical devices industry, ideally capital sales or sports medicine• Strong track record in developing xcskxlj new business and steering complex commercial projects• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills• Collaborative mindset, initiative and focus on service quality• Ability to travel and a valid driving licence• Good English skillsRequisitos principales• generous annual bonus and pension schemes• Save As You Earn share options• Hybrid working model• Private health and dental plans• Paid holidays and volunteering hours• Gym/fitness discounts
