Part-Time Guest Experience Associate – Alicante Area
Nordic RentAway Spain is looking for a reliable, service-minded and detail-oriented Part-Time Guest Experience Associate to join our team in the Alicante area.
We manage vacation rental properties across Costa Blanca and have been welcoming guests since 2017. Our goal is simple: to create the best possible holiday experience for every guest while ensuring our properties are cared for to the highest standard.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, problem-solving, working independently, and meeting people from all over the world.
About the role
As our Guest Experience Associate, you will be the local point of contact for both guests and properties. You will help ensure that each home is guest-ready, that arrivals and departures run smoothly, and that any guest needs are handled with professionalism and care.
The role is part-time and includes a mix of remote coordination and on-site work at our vacation properties on Costa Blanca.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs
Preparing and inspecting vacation homes before and after guest stays
Coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams
Monitoring bookings and making sure properties are ready before arrivals
Responding to guest questions, requests and issues during their stay
Handling small operational tasks related to property management
Reporting maintenance needs or property issues to the team
Helping ensure that each guest has a positive and memorable holiday experience
Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service across our properties
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate is someone who is responsible, flexible and genuinely enjoys providing great service.
You should have:
Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
Strong communication and customer service skills
A practical, solution-oriented mindset
Good organization and multitasking skills
A professional and friendly presentation
A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site in the Alicante area
Interest in hospitality, property management and tourism
Additional languages and previous experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, real estate or property management are a plus.
