RESTAURANT MANAGER (Seasonal)

ABOUT THE RESORT
5 -star international resort located in Porto Petro (Mallorca) with high seasonal occupancy and multiple dining outlets including buffet and à la carte restaurants. The resort serves an international leisure guest profile.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient service delivery, team leadership, and compliance with brand and quality standards during the seasonal peak.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage daily operations of assigned restaurant outlet(s).
• Lead, schedule, and supervise service teams to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure service standards, guest satisfaction, and brand guidelines are met.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
• Monitor costs, stock levels, and revenue performance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members.
• Support seasonal planning and operational improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in hotels or resorts.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing high -volume or seasonal operations.
• English required (advanced). Spanish strongly valued.
• Legal right to work in the EU or valid work permit for Spain.
