We are seeking a passionate and experienced L2 Technical Support Specialist fluent in German to join our team. Collaborate with colleagues across Barcelona and Switzerland to connect customer environments to Microsoft Cloud Services and help design the workplace of the future.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide 2nd level support as a technical expert within the support & operations team.
2. Manage customer issues related to Windows 10/11 & Microsoft 365.
3. Collaborate with 1st Level Support, DevOps, and project teams.
4. Coordinate with third-party providers for technical issues.
5. Maintain and monitor Windows cloud infrastructure for clients.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in Level 2 Support within the Microsoft environment.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
* Fluent in German and proficient in English.
* Educational background in computer science, electronics, or similar; Microsoft certifications are a plus.
* EU citizenship or valid Spanish work visa.
