We are looking for a structured and analytical IT Director professional to join our Onsite IT Team in Barcelona.
As an IT Director, you aren't just fixing computers; You will manage our global workspace environments, automate repetitive tasks via scripting, and ensure our network infrastructure is rock solid. Fresh fruits and healthy snacks at the office
Google Workspace Administration
Expert Management: Full-cycle administration of Google Workspace, including advanced mail flow setup and security protocols.
Mobile & Endpoint: Expert-level configuration of Google MDM.
Cloud & API: Solid understanding of API management within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
Advanced experience in routing operations using GAM (Google Apps Manager) and GYB (Got Your Back) for migrations and data management.
Hybrid OS Ecosystem (Windows & MacOS)
Deployment: Design and oversee software distribution and OS deployment strategies across a diverse fleet.
Hands-on experience managing devices via Microsoft Intune, Miradore, or similar enterprise MDM solutions.
Network Infrastructure
Practical familiarity with Ubiquiti networking equipment (UniFi/EdgeMAX).
Proficient in PowerShell or Python to automate administrative tasks and workflows.
Version Control: Familiarity with GIT for script storage, versioning, and collaborative development.
Experience with Unix environments and Bash scripting.
Proxmox, Docker).
Familiarity with MS Active Directory or Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
You bridge the gap between high-level business goals and the daily operations of the IT Onsite team, ensuring technology is an accelerator, not a bottleneck.
You can demystify complex infrastructure for stakeholders and Board members, communicating with clarity and brevity while ensuring everyone—from the clinic floor to the C-suite—is aligned.
You have the analytical depth to identify root causes and the confidence to make firm, data-driven decisions during critical system outages or rapid scaling phases.
Whether it's securing a global hardware contract with Ubiquiti or managing SaaS vendor relationships, you negotiate for maximum ROI. Active Listening: You prioritize understanding the "pain points" of our clinic staff and regional managers. By listening first, you design IT solutions that actually solve human problems, improving the daily lives of our employees across 10 countries.
You navigate disagreements—whether over budget, priorities, or technical architecture—with a level head and a focus on finding the best outcome for the company's growth.
