WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* Experience testing Windows applications and enterprise-level software
* Familiarity with retail technology environments (e.G., boutique systems)
* Solid understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies
* Proven experience in Level 2 technical support
* Ability to follow structured testing plans and corporate documentation standards
* Strong troubleshooting skills within predefined technology frameworks (no custom package development)
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with over 20 global stakeholders
* High attention to detail, patience, and a structured, diplomatic approach to work
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Execute comprehensive test plans in a mock boutique environment before global rollouts
* Validate new programs, devices, and applications according to enterprise standards
* Document all test results and technical findings for stakeholder review
* Create technical documentation aligned with internal standards
* Provide Level 2 support to boutique teams post-deployment
* Troubleshoot issues while respecting existing technology catalog constraints
* Escalate unresolved incidents via established escalation protocols
* Collaborate with over 20 global stakeholders across technical and business teams
