Title: Account Support Analyst
Location: A Coruna, Spain
At NCR Voyix, we lead the IT transformation and are a strategic partner for our customers. From the Customer Operations Leader team, we need to recruit an account support/project manager skilled to lead the execution of one of our key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Ticket tracking and organization.
- Resource and supplier control.
- Ticket tracking, until successful resolution.
- Manual ticket ITS closure and exception handling.
- SLA achievement.
- Support with billing and database management.
- Problem detection and service improvements.
- Organization and coordination of project execution.
- Preparation and monitoring of interventions.
- Updating and distributing documentation.
- Pre-validation of interventions.
- Coordination with the client to report progress and improvements.
- Written and spoken English.
