We are a growing DIY e-commerce company looking for a Category Content Manager to boost conversion and brand awareness through outstanding product content. What you’ll do
- Write clear, complete, and persuasive product content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, specifications).
- Highlight usability, strengths, and practical benefits of DIY tools.
- Ensure kit contents and technical details are accurate and customer-friendly.
- Provide the best content per product, anticipating customer questions about usage, brand expertise, and features.
- Collaborate with marketing to align product content with brand awareness campaigns.
- Continuously refine content based on customer insights and competitor analysis. What we’re looking for
- Experience in e-commerce product content writing (DIY/tools a plus).
- Strong SEO and conversion-driven copywriting skills.
- Spanish + English fluency (Italian/French is a bonus).
- Detail-oriented with a QA mindset — accuracy in specs and kit descriptions is key.
