Mode: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Languages: Native Spanish & C1/C2 English

Your Mission:

* Orchestrate Digital Symphonies: Design innovative content strategies to boost engagement.
* Be the Soul of the Party: Manage communities across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.
* Analyze & Optimize: Read the future in metrics and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
* Content Creation: Use your audiovisual skills and AI tools to create stunning visuals.

What We Need From You:

* Experience: 3+ years in an agency setting managing communities.
* Skills: Excellent writing, AV editing, and knowledge of AI marketing tools.
* Mindset: Agile, pro-active, and ready to wear different hats.
