After-Sales Technical Support Specialist
(f/m/d), delivering specialized technical support both remotely and on-site. You’ll ensure seamless performance and maintenance of Palfinger equipment—hydraulic cranes, polybooms, and aerial platforms—while upholding our commitment to excellence and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide remote and on-site technical support to the dealer network to ensure equipment operates efficientlyMonitor and manage follow-ups on service campaigns and specific action itemsTranslate and distribute technical documentation to the relevant stakeholdersParticipate in training sessions in Spain and Austria to maintain and enhance technical expertiseDeliver hands-on technical training covering repair and commissioning of equipment to dealer personnel as neededYOUR QUALIFICATIONS
A degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in after-sales service or maintenance of heavy machineryStrong technical expertise in mechanics, hydraulics, and electronic systems, including troubleshooting with diagnostic toolsProven ability to provide exceptional customer service, managing complex situations under pressure while ensuring quality standards both remotely and on -siteExcellent teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset and focus on achieving shared goalsFluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1 level) both spoken and writenWE OFFER
