Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee strategic dental key accounts across Europe, with potential expansion into international markets.
Location
Work possible throughout Germany and from locations across Europe with good connectivity to Germany | Hybrid.

Your Responsibilities
* Development of a European DSO Strategy. Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with international dental key accounts, laboratory groups, and DSO structures across all product segments
* Negotiate and further develop international volume, framework, and bonus agreements, including pricing and commercial terms
* Strategically collaborate with distribution partners within indirect sales channels on targets, special conditions, and joint sales initiatives
* Plan and execute meetings, international customer events, trade fairs, and other activities with strategically relevant clients
* Closely align with local sales teams in the respective countries
* Support international key account projects, monitor market and competitive developments, and track customer performance
Your Profile
* Experience in development of a European Sales Strategy with several years of experience in international B2B sales with key accounts, groups, or DSO structures
* Ideally experience in dental, medical technology, or healthcare – preferably in dental technology
* Confident presence with strong communication and negotiation skills at senior decision-maker level
* High level of self-motivation, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
* Willingness to travel extensively within Europe
* Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
