Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and expand market reach in line with the Iberia Sales Strategy.
- Offer Management: Oversee the entire offer process, from scope definition to technical detailing and solution pricing.
- Sales Coordination: Lead and coordinate sales activities with end customers and partners.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Sales in defining effective sales strategies for Spain’s New & Used Machine markets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Order Negotiation: Ensure all sales orders meet defined gross margin targets.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering (preferably Agricultural Engineering)
- Proven experience in the olive oil sector
- Knowledge of modern sales processes, organization methods, and tools (ordering, pricing, CRM)
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and contracting with customers
- Understanding of corporate finance
- Deep understanding of business with a strong focus on customer needs and expectations
- Residence in Ubeda or nearby areas is essential
