In this Service Engineer L3 role, you will lead resolution of critical incidents in distributed online services, perform deep diagnostics, and guide L1/L2 engineers. You’ll drive RCA, automate operational tasks, and improve service reliability. The position combines hands-on work with leadership, across a 12x5 on-site operation in Madrid, Málaga, or Asturias. You’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to design resilient systems and communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliant, reliable service.

Responsabilidades
• Strong college hire or 1-2 years in service operations
• 6+ years diagnosing faults in complex online services
• Leadership experience with hands-on IC work
• Networking gear knowledge (routers, switches, load balancers)
• xpzdshu Experience with enterprise routing protocols and IP subnetting
• Diagnostic tools: Netmon, WinDBG, Wireshark
• Scripting: PowerShell, SQL, Python
• Ability to script automatable problems at scale
• Dashboard and reporting for SLA and performance
• Azure and Microsoft 365 architectural concepts
• GDPR knowledge and data protection principles
• English fluency
• On-site role in Madrid, Málaga, or Asturias, with 12x5 coverage and on-call rotations
