Job Description
You will be responsible for the financial management of the Brand payments department and for managing the financial flow of accounts payable.
Tasks
Ensure the maintenance of supplier accounts, from receipt of invoices to reconciliation and the financial treatment of stocks.
Collaborate with all cross‑functional areas.
Manage and control purchase orders in the SAP tool, verifying supplier information, flow of goods and amounts.
Receive and post invoices.
Manage payments according to negotiated conditions.
Valorise the reception.
Communicate with brands about returns according to commercial guidelines.
Manage penalties according to agreed conditions.
Maintain suppliers’ accounts, claiming balances and following up on accounting documents.
Attend to suppliers by phone or email.
Qualifications
Degree or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics.
At least 1year of experience in a similar role.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Ability to work proactively with strong team‑working skills and also independently.
Keen attention to detail and consistency in delivering timely and accurate work.
Change lover.
Capacity to work in a fast‑changing environment.
Participation in new process design, creating from scratch.
