As our SDR Enterprise, you'll play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within target customer segments. You understand the impact you'll create on the bottom line and work closely with the broader sales team to identify new potential customers, qualify leads, and support onboarding discussions.Responsibilities Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating sales leads that convert into opportunities and closed business.Learn from the seasoned sales team and help build out our Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.Understand and map lead generation processes, support marketing activities, manage prospect touch-points, and hand off to an Account Executive.Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote team environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learnAbility to work autonomously and self-source solutionsProven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying roleExperience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plusEntrepreneurial mindset and growth orientationStrong written communication skills for email copy and campaignsAdaptable to a fast-paced environmentActive relationship builder capable of collaborating with internal and external teams to improve processesExperience in HR or Fintech is preferredExperience in a fast-growing startup and in remote, distributed teams is preferredTotal Rewards Stock grant opportunities dependent on role, employment status and locationAdditional perks and benefits based on employment status and countryRemote work flexibility, including optional WeWork accessDeel is an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity and encourages applications from qualified candidates regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability, pregnancy or maternity, or other protected characteristics.We will communicate with job applicants using Deel-specific emails (e.g., @deel.com) and other acquired company emails.
