As a brand specialized in the development of GMP projects of consulting, engineering, construction and integrated process equipment, we serve companies linked to the life sciences market (pharmaceutical and biotechnology, healthcare, cosmetics, veterinary and food industries), as well as hospitals, laboratories and research centers. You translate complex topics into compelling stories, lead communication activities and support organizational change management.
Create, manage, and optimize communication content across different channels (e.g. SharePoint, email, and Teams, etc.) Support organizational change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communication planning, and adopting strategies.
Develop training and enablement materials that strengthen digital competence and support the successful implementation of digital technology initiatives.
Gather user insights through surveys and feedback channels, derive actionable recommendations, and drive continuous improvement of communication
Coordinate and support meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication across the organization.
For this position, excellent German and English (C1 level in both) skills are mandatory. Spanish is highly recommended, as this position is located in Spain.
Experience in communication, change support or project coordination roles.
You excel at translating complex, technical content into compelling narratives and concise messaging.
Ability to build trust across departments, listen actively, and adjust your communication style to different stakeholder groups.
Good knowledge of modern digital collaboration tools (e.g., M365, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Miro, etc.). You use AI tools effectively and you know how to formulate precise prompts to achieve high-quality outcomes.
