In this role you partner with Kite to advance access to Haematology/Oncology therapies, engaging HCPs and delivery centres while ensuring compliant, targeted messaging. You'll coordinate cross-functional activities, support patient access through complex logistics, and provide strategic insight to leading stakeholders. The position offers exposure to launches and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment focused on improving patient outcomes. You will help shape delivery strategies across sites and markets, contributing to Gilead's mission to fight major health challenges.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
Promote Kite therapies to HCPs in targeted centres within regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with the local cross-functional team to align messages and develop key account plans
Build relationships with TAEs and senior decision-makers;
follow up on commitments
Engage leaders at qualified centres to educate on Kite products and support delivery
Coordinate qualification/activation of new delivery centres and annual audits
Collaborate on the cell journey to maximise patient access and delivery
Provide Medical Affairs and Commercial teams with feedback from HCP interactions
Support professional meetings and scientific sessions at events;
facilitate meetings with TAEs
Report account business trends, landscape changes, and opportunities to management
Responsabilidades
Proven track record of high performance in pharmaceutical commercial roles
Ability to work across functions with multiple stakeholders (BU Director, CTAM lead, Medical Director, etc.)
Strong commercial and scientific acumen to articulate Kite value proposition
Ability to provide high-level customer support across stakeholders
Long-term strategic understanding of the haematology/oncology market
Experience with complex product delivery including logistics
Ability to collaborate xcskxlj with field-based and internal cross-functional partners
Ability to navigate complex account environments and understand stakeholder needs
Experience in project management and executing in large accounts (planning, problem solving, conflict resolution)
Demonstrated initiative and hands-on, urgent, fast-paced mindset
Specific education and experience: launch experience (preferably in academic hospitals);
oncology/haematology experience;
knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements;
excellent organizational, time management, and English communication skills;
willingness to travel overnight
