Position OverviewThe Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic IVF clinic chain & KOL relationships within Spain for the company's IVF laboratory product portfolio, including time-lapse incubators, culture media and associated consumables. This role plays a key part in developing long-term partnerships with fertility centers, clinics, and distributors to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the company's market position in reproductive medicine.Key Responsibilities1.Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve annual sales targets and profitability goals for assigned territory.Develop and implement strategic account plans for key IVF centers and distributor partners.Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Spanish fertility sector.Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to KOLs, embryologists, and clinic management teams.2. Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders.Monitor customer satisfaction, ensure post-sales support, and coordinate with product application and service teams when required.Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and tenders in alignment with company policies.Maintain accurate ERP records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.3. Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with the EMEA Direct Sales Manager to ensure consistent market strategy and execution.Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Application teams to deliver effective product positioning and customer engagement initiatives.Provide market insights, competitor updates, and feedback from customers to inform product and commercial strategies.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or IVF industry.Excellent communication and presentation abilities (both Spanish and English).Proven track record managing key accounts or selling high-value capital equipment in a clinical or laboratory setting.Experience interacting with embryologists, clinicians, and hospital procurement departments is highly desirable.Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.Proficiency with ERP systems (e.G., Odoo)Willingness to travel frequently within Spain and occasionally across EMEA.Valid driving license.
