As Business Controller, your mission will be to provide reliable and relevant financial and operational information for decision making. Collaborating with the Regional & Local Controllers and reporting to the HQ Controller, your main responsibilities will be:
What you'll get to do
Business Controlling
- DTC (Retail & Brand.com) P&L Analysis and KPI’s Definition.
- Challenge Store Openings business cases (ROI).
- Store & Brand.com Capex Follow Up.
- Partner with Commercial Controlling to follow up Gross to Net conditions, Price Increase and Global Key Accounts.
Analysis & Month End Closing Validations
- Validate Consolidated monthly Results
- Performing monthly end results analysis (Full Fragrances P&L lines; by Market, by Brand, by Channel and Category).
- Gross Margin Analysis challenging the regional/local controllers.
- What if Analysis considering Exchange rates fluctuations.
- Ongoing Risk & Opportunities analysis.
- Ensure financial data consistency and accuracy between the different systems.
- Guarantee the monthly closing process flow correctly to ensure timings.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a specialization in finance. He/She brings a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in Direct to Consumer controlling analysis. Good communication skills, personal organization and rigor, as well as attention to details are necessary to endorse this mission. You also must be used to do presentations to management.
