How you’d spend your day:
1. Holding a global vision of every off campaigns (TV, Press, Magazines, Radio, External and Cinema associated to your team).
2. Consolidating the completed activity in every media of the assigned clients.
3. Collaborating with the definition of KPI’s of control (negotiation and media).
4. Guaranteeing the thorough control and achievement of the specific goals.
5. Optimally applying the strategic and negotiation lines in the development of every campaign.
6. Planning weekly the team tasks, making any needed changes in order to balance the workload.
7. Establishing priorities and the sequence of actions to carry out.
8. Implementation of the job process.
9. Continuously suggesting improvements in the job systems, always looking for the maximum efficiency and quality.
10. Having a good command and knowledge of the company’s tools.
11. Being in touch with media.
12. Additionally, you will have direct interaction with clients, so you will need to have a high level of communication skills.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
13. University degree related to marketing, advertising or economics, or around 2 or 3 years of experience planning advertising campaigns.
14. Analytical skills.
15. Meticulous and rigorous.
16. Able to manage day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies.
17. Knowledge of tools or advertising market sources ( Kantar, Infoadex, EGM, AIMC y Excel ).
