Location Barcelona office – Spain

The Team You will be part of the Sales Team reporting to the Sales Coordinator. We are looking for a B2C / B2B Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving growth and enhancing our client experience. You will work closely with our Immigration and Real Estate teams helping international clients navigate their relocation and investment journeys. You will handle high‑value leads, guide potential clients through our services and ensure a seamless and consultative sales process. As part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experts across different areas and contribute to strategic initiatives that expand our reach and impact.

Tasks

Act as a Sales Representative within the Sales Team striving to exceed annual and quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities include B2C and B2B pipeline management from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely follow‑ups and consistent progress tracking.

You will be working with B2C and B2B leads and clients.

Collaborate closely with lawyers to ensure a smooth client journey.

Support the Marketing team with accurate pipeline management, lead routing, client segmentation and CRM tracking.

You will communicate with potential clients via various channels, connecting with them on an emotional level to identify both expressed and unspoken needs while guiding them through our service portfolio and client correspondence.

You will be working closely with the Sales Coordinator providing suggestions and feedback to improve the team performance. Also you will be delivering tasks and projects to support the Sales Coordinator.

Key Outcomes

Get trained on Lexidy’s sales process; learn how to properly qualify, nurture, follow‑up and close a lead.

Get trained about Immigration and Corporate legal services in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, Mexico or new countries.

Learn about Lexidy’s services also from other departments and propose them to the leads.

Shadow fellow Sales Representatives and lawyers.

Learn about the buyer personas from our main markets: US, UK and Europe.

Engage with lawyers to build strong collaborative relationships to guarantee a smooth journey for the leads.

Learn about Lexidy best practice to lead an interaction with new contacts.

Start dealing with the leads and scheduling meetings with them.

Start working with targets mainly based on the revenue.

Becoming independent and autonomous while handling and closing leads.

Start offering cross‑selling to the leads according to their profile.

Understand how to recognise opportunities when interacting with leads.

Get trained about the main immigration legal service.

Qualifications

Educational background: in the last year of a bachelor's degree or master's degree. Preference: Business / Sales / Marketing academic or professional background.

Minimum 4–5 years experience.

Professional experience: experience in customer‑facing industries (e.g., Legal / Retail / Real Estate / Insurance / Fintech) mainly selling services.

Experience in B2B is also a must.

Experience with Sales Navigator or any outbound tools is a plus.

HubSpot is a plus.

You are an English speaker native or bilingual.

A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues. You will communicate ideas clearly and ensure everyone understands.

You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on complex challenges and finding creative solutions.

You are motivated and driven. Voluntarily participate in new challenges without waiting to be asked.
